Archway is a comprehensive school with Technology status where students of all abilities and backgrounds learn to live and work together. We want our students to achieve well and to value education. Learning is a lifelong experience and we believe that it is important for all young people to find enjoyment and success in their learning.

We are committed to providing the foundation for students to be ambitious about their place in the society of the future. As a specialist technology college Archway encourages the use of new technologies to support learning in all subject areas. In this we have strong support from the local community giving our students the opportunity to broaden their vision through contacts with local businesses and employers. Our key role in the Stroud Post-16 Consortium and our links with Stroud College enhance the range of academic and vocational courses offered to our students.
This is an exciting time for Archway. The school is in an excellent location and already has high quality facilities and equipment in many areas. We are thrilled that this will be added to by a major new building project which will demonstrate our commitment to educational innovation.
