Sixth Form
Many students continue their post-16 education at Archway because of the relevance of the courses on offer and the quality of teaching, environment and guidance provided. Our Sixth Form offers a range of courses to suit 16-18 year olds of all abilities. A wide range of A Levels and BTEC courses are offered which lead to University, further training or directly into employment. A one year Level 2 BTEC course is offered which leads either to Level 3 courses or on to employment.

Archway Sixth form is part of the Stroud Post-16 Consortium which enables students to access courses at Downfield Sixth Form or Stroud College. A separate Sixth Form Prospectus is available from the school.
At all stages of their education, students have access to careers guidance. It forms part of the Personal, Health and Social Education Programme. In years 10 and 11 students are taught by specialist staff who deliver a course covering careers guidance, working practices, preparation for work experience, career and post-16 opportunities.
